The irrigation system of these countries is inadequate thereby causing drought. With the increase in temperature, droughts are occurring more and more regularly taking many human lives.

Warm temperatures increase the energy of the climactic system which leads to more intense rainfall at some places the world over. The increase in rainfall causes floods in many places. It is a well known fact that rainfall is not evenly distributed in all the places. We find dry areas as well as wet areas worldwide. So, increase in rainfall in the dry areas is a boon but for the wet areas it can be considered as a bane. Rainfall is not at all desirable in the wet areas.
